This department collects and processes the data required for keeping the statistical plan up-to-date and for devising UTL management tools. It also collects, processes and distributes institutional information and documents.

The Studies and Planning Section designs and maintains databases of relevant indicators, supported by an information system and statistical plan, to assist UTL governance; and preparing studies and reports about UTL. The Documentation Section acts as a library, documentation and information service and is responsible for the publications UTL Guide; Doctorates and Master’s Degrees – Theses Abstracts; UTL in Figures and UTL Newspaper. It is also involved in UTL’s integrated library system.
