AlBan Programme – the European Union High Level Scholarship Programme (Master’s, doctorates and higher level professional training) for Latin America.
The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between the EU and Latin America in the area of higher education; to increase access for Latin Americans to the EU higher education system, contributing to improving the professional placement of Latin American graduates and high-level professionals; and to establish a network in the EU of former ALFA and AlBan programme scholarship students.
